Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills: This course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in all sectors of the food industry, with consumer products or in hospitals and other industries where verification, auditing or inspections are undertaken.
The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificated through Highfield Qualifications.

The duration of the course is 1 day
Entry requirements
Delegates must be aged 16 or over. There are no prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is recommended that candidates have suitable technical knowledge of the relevant practices and procedures which will be subject to an audit or inspection. E.g. Level 3 Food Safety or HACCP qualification.
