Highfield Level 2 Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness (RQF): The objective of this course is to develop delegates knowledge of mental health. Delegates undertaking this course will develop their underpinning knowledge and understanding in relation to mental health, mental ill health and well being.
The course content will include, understanding mental health and well being, understanding how mental ill health affects the experience of individuals, understanding the mental health continuum and understanding ways to self-manage own well being. The course is assessed through a multiple choice examination and accredited by Highfield Qualifications.

Distance Learning / Home Qualify
The Highfield Level 2 Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness (RQF) can be conducted through distance learning. This is achieved by a two-hour tutor facilitated webinar, followed by a two-hour personal research period, where delegates will present their findings to a series of tasks and finally the completion of a multiple choice examination.
