Level 3 Retail Team Leader: Retail team leaders are a critical support to managers, delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience to customers, and may have to deputise for managers in their absence.
For employers
Most significantly retail team leaders guide and coordinate the work of the team to complete tasks, identify and explore opportunities that drive sales, ensure that team members maintain business standards in relation to merchandising, service and promotional activities, in line with procedures.
Duration
The minimum duration of this apprenticeship is 12 months.
Entry requirements
Employers will set their own requirements, but it is expected that the apprentice would have worked within an operational role within the industry to commence this apprenticeship.
Other information
Apprentices without Level 2 English and mathematics will require to achieve both prior to taking the end point assessment.
