The Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Team Leading and Supervisor (RQF) has been designed for learners who are in a first line management role. These roles can be in the private, public or voluntary sector and may include supervisors, team leaders, project officers, shift supervisors, forepersons and shift managers.
The qualification provides learners with the knowledge and skills in leadership and management such as:
- Leading people
- Building relationships
- Project management
- Communication
For Employers
Learners completing this course and subsequent qualification will cover the knowledge and skills that they need to lead or supervise a team, including the interpersonal, leadership and management skills required to succeed in a lower management position.
Duration
The total qualification time is 400 hours, of which, a minimum of 223 are recommended as guided learning hours. The time to complete the course will be dependent on the application of the learner.
Entry Requirements
Learners must be aged 16 and over to complete this course, there will also be an initial assessment of English and mathematics conducted prior to the start of the course.
