Highfield Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training: This qualification is intended to prepare trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts. This course is suitable for individuals who are currently teaching or training and can meet the practice requirements, including the observed and assessed practice requirements of the qualification.
This qualification is assessed by observation and assessment of practice and the production of a portfolio of evidence as well as written assignments and is certificated through Highfield Qualifications.

The Certificate in Education and Training will enable delegates to design, develop and deliver regulated and accredited training courses to others.
Entry requirements
Delegates must be aged 19 years of age or older. There are no formal entry requirements; however as a training centre we are responsible for ensuring that delegates can meet the necessary standards of English, mathematics and ICT skills required to undertake this qualification. This is captured and recorded from an initial assessment, and the initial assessment will form part of the portfolio of evidence.
